以下実施予定競技の概要

車いすバスケットボール
バスケットボールのルールとほぼ同じで、1チーム5人の選手がボールを奪い合い、一般の競技と同じ高さ(3.05ｍ)のゴールにボールを投げ入れて、得点を競い合います。

ローリングバレーボール
コートに座った姿勢や膝を付いた姿勢でプレーを行い、障害者と健常者が混成で６人のチームを構成し、肢体が不自由な障害者も健常者と大差なくプレーすることができるバリアフリースポーツです。ルールは普通のバレーボールとほぼ同じで、ボールを転がすのを基本とし、長く浮いたボールを打つと反則となります。

ボッチャ
ジャックボール（目標球）と呼ばれる白いボールに、 赤・青のそれぞれ6球ずつのボールをいかに近づけるかを競うスポーツです。 カーリングのように、相手のボールを弾いたりして、自分が優位に立てるよう位置取りをしていきますが、的も弾いて移動させることができるため、カーリングとは一味違う戦略が魅力です。

Summary of scheduled events:

Wheelchair basketball
The rules are almost identical to those of basketball: five-person teams try to take control of the ball and score points by throwing it into a goal 3.05 metres high, which is the same height as a regular basketball goal.

Rolling volleyball
Rolling volleyball is a disability-friendly sport where people with disabled limbs can play on equal terms with non-disabled people. Specifically, six-people teams consisting of both disabled and non-disabled players are formed, and players play sitting down or with their knees on the court. The rules are almost identical to those of regular volleyball: basically, players must roll the ball, and they are not allowed to make shots that stay in the air for too long.

Boccia
The objective of boccia is to land six red and six blue balls as close to a white ball known as a jack ball (target ball) as possible. As in curling, players can knock away their opponent’s balls to create an advantageous position. However, as the target itself can be hit and moved, boccia involves some exciting strategies different from those of curling.
